From the moment you enter the hotel until checkout, absolutely everything is indescribable

-The room service was great. -The Toto toilet was amazing, with automated opening and buttons. -They provide great quality soap and shampoos. -The bed is very comfortable. -The bathroom is very big. -The staff is very friendly, except for the reception team. -To get to your room, depending on your room tier, you need to use 2 to 3 separate elevators. You take one from the ground floor to the main entrance, then another one to the rooms. If you stay in the Grand Za'abeel or upper floors, you have to use a third elevator. -Food delivery is not brought to your room. You have to go all the way down using 3 elevators just to pick up your food, which is very disruptive and annoying. -The refrigerator is very bad. It took 2 days just to make a drink "mildly" cold. It is completely useless. -The AC cannot be set below 19°C, and it doesn't get cold enough. The room temperature always hovers around 21°C. I asked maintenance about it, and they said it is programmed that way. -All electricity turns off when you leave the room. This includes chargers, the AC, and the refrigerator—everything stops working. For such a high price, this feels very cheap, annoying, and does not meet luxury standards. -The soundproofing is poor. You can clearly hear people in the hallways and in the neighboring rooms. -The bathroom finish is poor, and you can see strangely shaped marble pieces. *On a personal note, before booking, I asked to see the room to get a clearer look at the real dimensions. They insisted there were no available rooms to show me and forced me to look at pictures instead. After going back and forth, I finally decided to book the room anyway. As soon as I completed the booking, they immediately told me the room was ready. They lied to me just because I asked to see the actual room beforehand.

Fantastic Hotel with an outstanding service. the room was beautiful with a stunning view on the skyline, the breakfast was one of the best I have had in Dubai. The service was really up to standards unfortunately the main pool is under renovation

The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very nicely designed, but my experience was ruined because I couldn’t get a single hour of sleep. The room temperature was unbearably hot due to a malfunctioning AC. As someone who suffers from chronic urticaria (hives), the heat triggered a severe allergic flare-up. This was incredibly frustrating and distressing, making it a definitive reason why I will never consider staying here again, no matter how beautiful the hotel is.

Not clean at all When we checked in the room was not clean and used there were rotten fruits and tissues

Everything was more than perfect The room was so hot even when the ac was full fan speed and the coldest temperature, it was still so hot.

We found the breakfast a bit disappointing compared to other places of the same price range we've been at before.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very suitable for families. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. The location is also convenient, and the property itself is impressive Unfortunately, there were several disappointing issues. The total amount I paid was around AED 2,000, while I expected the cost to be no more than AED 1,600 based on my booking details. In addition, I was informed that I had a AED 500 voucher for Napa Restaurant, but I was not told that I needed to spend AED 1,000 to redeem it. Since I was traveling alone and my bill was only AED 300, I could not benefit from the voucher. I also requested a late check-out, but the request was declined because the hotel claimed to be fully occupied, although there appeared to be rooms available. Overall, the staff seemed overly focused on additional charges and upselling rather than customer satisfaction.
