Lifts Not easy access

A lot of people from outside use the gym, so it feels more like a busy fitness club than a hotel facility. The spa and Recovery Lab are also very busy – you need to book 2–3 days in advance, and there is no clear priority for in‑house guests. Because of this, I could not really enjoy the spa and recovery experience during my short stay.

Staff Location Gym Cleaning

The staff at the entrance as i took me nearly 40 min to leave from the hotel: i didn’t have a taxi app for booking, i didn’t want to pay triple the price for an unauthorized “luxury car” especially when i don’t know if the drivers have been checked by a proper transportation company, and so i was ignored and had to find a taxi by myself. They told me normal taxis arrive there quite rare but i saw at least 5-7 cars pulling in front, dropping people, during the time i waited. However, none of the team members bothered to get one for me. I found them disrespectful considering that i was a guest of the hotel. It seemed they were more interested in getting me one of those “luxury cars” than actually ensuring a proper service. The rest was absolutely great, including all the other team members i dealt with. My only issue was with the guys at the entrance - the valet parking guys.

Spacious rooms and very nice facilities. Gym was great fully equipped so you don’t miss your workout on vacation! Rooms are not fully soundproof so you get to hear people walking in the corridor at night and kids running outside. Gym was a bit hot especially treadmills area. The elevators situation was a bit hectic, you need to take 2 elevators to get to the room and poolside

Everything is good there every single thing But there is no cold AC and for me it’s little expensive but it deserves it

Location My experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Upon arrival, the valet service was poorly organized and seemed unable to manage vehicle flow efficiently, resulting in unnecessary delays and confusion. The check-in process then took approximately 30 minutes, which is far longer than expected for a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, my luggage ticket was misplaced, and it took over an hour for my bags to be delivered to my room. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred during check-out. My luggage was misplaced once again, and I had to wait around an hour for it to be brought to my car. What was even more disappointing is that the hotel heavily markets itself as a sports and wellness destination, yet the facilities do not reflect that image. The steam room and sauna appeared worn out and below the standard one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. The cold plunge pool was also concerning, as the water appeared cloudy with a noticeable whitish color, giving the impression that it had not been properly maintained or refreshed for some time. Overall, the level of organization, service, and facility maintenance fell well below expectations. For a hotel that promotes itself so heavily around sports, wellness, and premium experiences, the reality did not match the image being presented.

Gym Smell at the reception

I really liked the room view and the overall layout of the room. The chair, table, and mirror were well placed and added a nice touch to the space. I also appreciated the dressing area, the wardrobe, and the design of the bathroom, which made the room feel comfortable and well organized. The pillows were too soft and did not provide enough support. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working, and there was no iron available in the room. I had to request one, but it was delivered late, which affected my plans. In addition, I was disappointed with the spa experience. I waited for a long time to book a massage, but I was told the appointments were fully booked. When I asked about availability for the next day, the staff member said she would check and get back to me, but she never returned. I also tried calling the next day, but no one answered. This was disappointing, especially as my husband and I wanted to book a massage for our first wedding anniversary.

The suite itself was spacious, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by the poor overall experience. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The service and staff attitude were unacceptable. When I made the booking, it clearly stated that the suite would have two beds, but upon arrival there was only one bed, which was misleading and very frustrating. One of the female staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke and handled the situation. I specifically booked this suite because I wanted to have a massage in the room, but my booking/request was canceled, and I was forced to have the massage in the massage room instead, which completely defeated the purpose of booking this suite. Breakfast was delivered very late, which was another inconvenience. On top of that, the staff kept calling repeatedly in the morning to the point that it disturbed and ruined our sleep. Overall, the poor service, rude staff, and lack of professionalism made this stay extremely upsetting and far below expectations.

Sport healthy vibes down small grocery and cafes bateel & home bakery one of my favorite coffee shops I took the suit that has gym & recovery room it was amazing !

Room and Amenities Breakfast options, in a fitness gym didn't make any sense, there should be some restaurant option, with healthy focused area within culinara , for sure many guests staying at Siro would go
