Despite booking non-smoking room, we can still smell the cigarette coming in from the centralized AC. Plus the sound from the bar can be heard loudly in the room till 3am. The bed sheets doesn’t seemed to be cleaned properly as we still saw stains. No free parking. Not advisable for family with kids.

The hotel itself was very comfortable. My room was spacious and quite clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My only real issue was with the hotel internet; the Wi-Fi was quite slow, and I had some trouble staying connected. If you don't mind spotty internet, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and lively location. the Wi-Fi and internet speed needs an upgrade.

Very bad experience. We were given a smoking room even though we are non-smokers. The smell in the room was extremely bad — the carpet smelled like smoke, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was unbearable. We called the staff to come and check the room. Someone came with an air freshener, sprayed it, and left. This did not solve the problem at all. The smell stayed in our clothes and luggage even after we left the hotel. Also, the bathroom door was very difficult to open. It required two people just to pull it open, which is unacceptable. We asked to change the room, but they told us they had no other rooms available. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to a metro station. Wasn't useful for us unfortunately with kids as we preferred to use taxis for our journeys. The staff are the most unpleasant, unhelpful and unprofessional people I've ever met in a 4 star hotel. They are completely devoid of any compassion or empathy. Openly rude to customers and seem quite proud and confident in their behaviour. Don't expect any support or understanding from the staff. Don't come here with small kids. This is not a warm & welcoming environment at all.

I stayed there for more than 10 days with my family.the reception staff & house keeping staffs are very well behaved...very cooperative & helpful.
