The room is clean and the location is convenient The unexpected security deposit at check-in was disappointing, and the loud nightclub music throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Both should be clearly disclosed before booking.

Good value for money. Location is very good in Diera area with plenty of restaurants and shopping options Hotel was not flexible in early check in although plenty of rooms are available

The Room and amenities is really nice and very cozy. The staff is very active and kind.

Location 1) The bathroom was leaking water and smelling. Despite complaining, they could not fix it 100% 2) Mediocre break fast 3) very limited parking

Everything, the hotel is quiet nice and convenient compared to the price they offer. It is worth highlighting the excellent service delivered by the following staff: Manish, Paul, Abdal and Maya. While using the shower, the hot water gets cold suddenly and vice versa. It’s no big deal but I think it can be adjusted.
