I would like to give special thanks to Dennis and Imtiaz, and also the other team members whose names I unfortunately forgot. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. A big thanks as well to the engineer who assisted me during my stay. The staff really made a difference with their kindness and great service. I truly appreciate their help and hospitality. I highly recommend Vista Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for the great experience ❤️?

We booked and pre-paid for a three-person apartment for two nights (two adults and one 14-year-old child). When we arrived at the hotel, we were given an apartment that could only accommodate two people for the night; there was nowhere for our 14-year-old child to sleep. The apartment didn't have any suitable furniture that could be pulled out (no folding sofa or folding armchair). So we ordered an extra bed for an additional fee, paid the stated amount, and received an old mattress on the floor. The hotel manager didn't like my opinion on this matter (I said that it wasn't good). At first he said it was an apartment for three people, then he changed his mind and told me that this was an apartment for two people and that the fact that they were offering it on Booking.com for two adults and one 14-year-old child was not important. He said that If we want sleeping space for three people, we need to pay double the price for the apartment, and the problem will be solved. And if I'm unhappy with the mattress on the floor, he wants to give my money back; he doesn't need my money. That's how the hotel manager resolved our problem. This isn't my first time visiting Dubai and I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never experienced this kind of treatment before. Typically, similar hotels always provide a fold-out chair, sofa, or mini-fold-out bed for my child. Only this hotel allows guests to sleep on a mattress on the floor. There were also some minor issues with towels and dishes. For this reason, I can't recommend this hotel for visitors to Dubai.

Its proximity to the city center, shopping malls, services, the metro, and also free parking. The mattress was rather hard.
