The hotel was very clean and polished. The view was fantastic and paras helped me a lot to get around the hotel and his gracefulness touched me. Such a gentleman and he even helped me booked a cab for me when I was leaving. Huge thanks to Paras and his team .

From check-in to check-out, the staff demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, warmth, and care. The hotel is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated team. Special mention to the Breakfast Restaurant team { Kimberly, Khaant, Sanjib and chef Dikshant } The morning staff were more than excellent. They were incredibly attentive, consistently friendly, and ensured the buffet was always fresh and fully stocked. Their positive energy and flawless service made every morning the highlight of our stay. This level of dedication deserves the highest recognition. 10/10 ++ The whole team A-Z was amazing. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made us feel valued.

The services, the staff were very kind and helpful. Dave always made sure we had a good meal. Ann and Prikas were very warm at the reception too. It was a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay! Everything looked exactly like the photos. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—it was beautiful, crystal clear, very clean, and obviously well-maintained. The whole property was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

not well kept rooms when we arrived. small pieces of food on the connecting door 207/208. empty lotion near lavatory. slow delivery request. eg. extra water, coffee etc.
