Very good room & location, helpful staff, very good Breakfast, actually we enjoyed stay in the Hotel, I will reserve in future if I visit dubai, there was a free bus between the Hotel & Dera City Center, I don't know why it is cancelled, we loved this bus previously?

I choose smoking. And they let me go because they don’t have room for smoking people. It’s unbelievable how a guest reach a hotel to check in and the reject him because they don’t have smoking room left in the hotel.

Regarding your reception, it is about your employee name Ajay or AJ which I had a bad experience with. I requested him to accept the cake (for my daughter, as it is her birthday & the reason we stayed in your hotel) in my behalf as we will be back in hotel maximum 30 minutes (exact time i called him was 11:20 evening). To my surprise, his answer was if i wont reach before 12am and he will throw the cake without any explanation why he will do that. That was a very mean and rude approach which was the very first time we experience since we also stayed in other hotels.

Yeah the breakfast was really nice? There are some maintenance issues specially the wash room water was not passing out while we take shower also the water is too hot I think there is no water grizar to make balance of the hotness

Room and washroom size were good. Customer service desk staff were good. Location is close to commercial area. Main entrance security directions were not good. He told us to go to parking which was in B2 and no access to open the door from outside. Breakfast items need to be increased and top up the dishes to be fast. Pool size is small to accommodate guests. TV channels need to be upgraded as most of them in arabic and news.
