Only location Since I was check-in my room WiFi not working until evening and in morning also WiFi stop working again and they mantion it's 4* property but it's evan not looks 3 start when I check in inside not water when I call for what thru said it's chargeable and Evan tissue box have only with one tissue I requested for new tissue boss they just gives me tissue box witch already opened and half inside witch mean already used. Really very bad experience this is my first and Last stay in this property

Very poor policy the manager is putting everything on booking application saying he has to do nothing with the refund they don't have the money, i asked for the refund after 5 minutes only in the desk then later i called the manager and he said nothing has to do with the hotel

Nothing Everything. First reception took 15 minutes. Then they give us low class room. They joint 2 bed for us. Small bed. Totally uncomfortable. Maintenance was going on the floor smell was there all the time. In room sleepres not there. I order food from outside. Before order i confirm from reception that can i order or not. She said yes you can. Once order reached they didn't allow him to deliver to my room. I cam done with out sleepers and i show my feet to reception then she send some one with sleprs. Totally bad ? ? It's just waste of money. 0 comfortable for me.

Only the bed was comfortable I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, hoping for a memorable experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be very disappointing. At reception, I was informed that family gathering even for 2 hours was not allowed, which completely spoiled the purpose of my stay. To make matters worse, the room was missing basic amenities like towels and complimentary drinking water. For the amount I paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Overall, my stay was not worth the money. I left feeling disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're planning a special occasion or expecting good hospitality

Actually ac is not working in room and front office staff was arrogant even as a gust I talk polite they are rude to gust especially one Indian accent lady wearing blazer white skin Ac is not cool I call to reception twice they not respond properly and I request for late check out because I came middle of the night they said go u have to leave now that word is very bad I feel
