Windows aren’t sound proof. I walk up at night to close the windows but it was already closed. Even on high floor there was a little bit to noisy.

The hotel is very family-friendly. I stayed with a toddler and found the location extremely convenient, just a 5–7 minute walk to Dubai Mall through The Address. There are several grocery stores nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials. Breakfast was decent, with eggs available to order in various styles. Note that the hotel’s chocolate hour is limited to 3–4pm. Although check-in was scheduled for 3pm, my room wasn’t ready until around 4pm. I was offered a complimentary coffee while waiting, which took about 15 minutes to arrive. The front desk staff was polite, but service efficiency and communication on wait times could be improved — I was told 5–10 minutes, but it turned into nearly 20. Also, be aware that the one-bedroom units don’t include dishwashing or laundry detergent, so you’ll need to purchase those from a nearby grocery store.

Staff, location, comfort bed Breakfast is very poor, my colleague refused to go to the breakfast after first day. Despite it was payed he bought some beverages in nearest mini market .Sorry, but on our opinion this is Not 5 star hotel! I ordered smoothie & asked to charge the room (cost 39 AED), they called me to the room & said that I have to pay immediately. Next day they made a survey, asked me how is my stay & how they may help me ( very nice from their side), but after hour they called me again with the same questions ( they even don’t remember whom they called). We are disappointed & for sure will not come back again!
