Connected to Dubai mall A staff member just used his key card and entered our suite while we are in … what excuse he gave? “Do you need anything?” .. while a hotel room occupied privacy must be respected ..

The location is excellent, with direct and convenient access to Dubai Mall. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and exploring Downtown Dubai. This was my second stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, I noticed that the property has become more worn compared to my previous visit. The towels were old and need replacing, the elevators occasionally got stuck or were slow, and the housekeeping cleanliness was below the standard I expected.

Great check in process despite being busy time. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed on his great hospitality. Location is great. Valley is outstanding with no delays in bringing the car. Overpriced to relatively small rooms.

The location and the management , We had a few issues during our stay, but the management resolved them quickly and professionally. Thank you for the excellent service. The connecting rooms include a disabled-access bathroom, and there is no option to request a standard bathroom instead.
