The Edition is one of my favorite hotel brands, and I truly enjoy staying at both the Dubai and Abu Dhabi properties. However, during my most recent stay at The Edition Dubai, I noticed a difference in the room quality compared to my previous visits. In particular, the bed linens appeared noticeably worn and overused, which was not in line with the high standards I have come to expect from the Edition brand. This stood out because my past experiences have always been exceptional, and I hope this feedback helps maintain the level of quality and comfort that makes the hotel so special.

It’s in the heart of downtown . 2 mins walk to the mall which I really like. The property is well maintained and clean The breakfast is not buffet style

A very elegant and impressive hotel with an unbeatable location. It is extremely convenient and provides easy access to many of Dubai’s top attractions. The service is exceptional, with highly professional and helpful staff who truly make the stay memorable. I would definitely recommend it.

The Edition is one of the most beautiful hotels in Dubai. Great job on that. The ONLY thing that was missing was service. There was not a single day that housekeeping was done on time, and I had to remind them daily. Twice.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Narmeen. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and genuine care made us feel at home throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile so naturally. Thank you, Narmeen, for making our trip even more special!

The valet service was consistently slow, taking more than 10 minutes to bring the car even when the hotel wasn’t busy. The room’s soundproofing was poor, and traffic noise from the street was clearly audible inside the room. The only thing that stands out is the location, which is excellent. Other than that, I expected a much better experience from an Edition property.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Dubai EDITION. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the room service food was tasty overall. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointing experiences. Before checking in, I was told that I would be able to connect my device to the TV and stream Netflix. However, after multiple attempts and spending around an hour and a half troubleshooting with the team, we were still unable to connect. We were told that our room was the only one experiencing this issue. While the staff did try to help, the problem was never resolved, and there was no gesture or compensation offered for the inconvenience. I was also disappointed with my room service order. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup, but instead of receiving an actual grilled cheese sandwich, I was given two slices of plain white bread (not even toasted) on one plate and slices of cheese on a separate plate. Considering I was charged for a grilled cheese sandwich, this was quite frustrating and not what I expected. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but these service issues affected what could have been a much better stay.
