Room was perfectly neat and huge. Ms. Angel was lovely from the reception, thank you for extending our check out. Overall, the staff was courteous from the reception, housekeeping, pool staff and from the Cafe Society. Will come back for a longer stay. N/A

The road construction near the hotel made our trip lengthy, it caused a lot of traffic and delays, which was inconvenient during my stay. Hopefully the construction will be completed soon to improve accessibility for future guests

Spacious room. Cleanliness. Friendliness of the staff. The pool. Ideal for a family. Only thing we want to improve is to provide toothbrush without having to call.

Excellent rooms, huge and spacious. We took the 2 bedroom apartments. 4 bathrooms in total. Spacious hall and kitchen. Everything was good.

Cleanliness A lot of construction in the area - and not having a nice view. And the pool are too crowded.

Very clean. Living room is very spacious. There are four washrooms. Wanted to extend another day but it’s fully booked. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. From the entrance, we were greeted with all smiles. For an introvert like me, I felt comfortable asking questions. The reception who booked us in and out was exceptional. I believe their names were Bea and Christy. Thank you! ❤️

Spacious apartment, very nice kitchen, breakfast also was good. The swimming pools also were nice. There was water leak from washing machine and from the kitchen sink. The AC in the living was also not sufficient. was feeling hot. May be need some service.

Comfortable Construction surrounding hotel. Exterior dirty especially windows which were dreadful. Wifi was poor. Staff were helpful to a point but not really interested in solving problems. Bathrooms flooded every shower

Some of the facilities in the apartment are outdated (e.g., bathroom). They are functional but perhaps need some refurbishment.

Breakfast was nice, space in the apartment was just awersome. Location was amazing too. Many restaurants in walking distance and tram stop in front of the building to go to JBR walk. There were towels provided only in two our of the four toilets/bathrooms.
