The shower is flooded when you use it, the breakfast can be much better and I can’t open my room curtains.

Location, breakfast , staff , room size and waterpark and other facilities and restaurant options AC was not working in one of the rooms we had and our complaint on this but that was taken lightly. However the front office manager has listened to us and she was cooperative at the time of check out.

Everything was perfect. The pool The waterpark The breakfast. The kids club Football field should be shaded so kids can play In summer. Reception area was hot like no air conditioning was working.

Great breakfast variety ,still missing Smoked Salmon ...for such luxury property and price paid ... Amazing service and product at Sui Mui restaurant ! Great service around the pool by Noel life guard and Dwin waiter ! Room big ,great facilities ,water park very nice ... Great chilling guy who pass with a cold water pump around the sunbeds and splash you ...10 points . Breakfast Restaurant is full of staff , no supervision ...no service ...plates piling up ...BUT they rush with the bill to you ,even you did not asked for it YET ...quite embarrassing when you have guests invited ...At the Pool bar if you buy burger comes without fries, ketchup ,etc. ...???First time ....later seen you need to pay extra for it ... Got an answer from hotel kind of general message ..."rest assured ...etc " ...better do not send.
