Beautiful decor, secluded & private. Comfortable room & beds Main pool was closed during our stay & we were only notified a few days before arrival. We had to use the adjoining beach club which was not at all the atmosphere we were looking for when booking this property. We arrived on a weekend, so it was crowded, with loud music & full of people drinking in the pool. I understand that pool maintenance must be done at some point but more thought needed to have gone into communication about it & also the “back up solution”. I requested to “pay as we go” instead of paying a large deposit & was told that the mini bar would have to be removed; fine, but in fact they put a lock on the fridge in the room which meant we could not even cool our water!! Limited restaurant choice - buffet or Michelin star Indian cuisine. Nothing in between.

This is our XX stay at One&Only Royal Mirage, a property we have been loyal to since 2001. For a quarter of a century, this resort has always epitomized style, serenity, and unparalleled luxury. Having this beautiful, lush garden oasis in the middle of Dubai is always extraordinary, which is also why we keep returning. However, noticeable cost-cutting has scaled down the overall experience, from room and pool perks (such as the absence of cold towels to the buffet. In a luxury resort, small details and proper communication make the difference; inviting hotel guests to the Drift club only after it has opened to outside visitors, etc.

Everything was simply perfect. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a truly magical atmosphere. The food was exceptional, and every meal felt like part of the experience. The rooms were beautiful, with elegant interior design and carefully chosen decor that created a luxurious and relaxing ambiance. The staff were outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area was magnificent and added to the feeling of being in a real paradise. We had a wonderful experience and would be delighted to return again. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Idyllic oasis in the heart of Dubai. Ultra lux, great food options, front desk, breakfast, restaurant, lounge, and beach staff were all super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will certainly return whenever I need a break! The spa. I intended using the facilities only - spa front desk were very blase, not welcoming at all nor did they offer me a tour of the facilities. The steam room wasn’t working, I told two staff members who did nothing about it. I also saw a front desk member used the bathroom and did not wash her hands afterwards.

Only half the facilities were open which wasn't transparent when we booked. We had to have lunch and dinner in the same restaurant as only two were open and I wanted to visit the Indian for my birthday. The only pool that was available was full of noisy children so we visited the Beach Club as we were informed that it was an adults only area only to be enveloped in thumping music which we couldn't even dim using our headphones.
