I believe that this hotel is a little bit underrated. I know that it is relatively an old hotel and not renovated but still it was very well maintained clean and rooms are large. Price was also acceptable. Being an old hotel, furniture and design is little bit outdated. Also you can smell humidity on corridors.

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked a suite room, and I had a guest come by briefly just to hand me something. Despite me clearly explaining that my guest was not staying and would leave immediately after, the staff disrespected and harassed them, repeatedly demanding ID registration and telling them to get out. They escalated the situation by sending security, treating me as if I had done something wrong, even though I was fully cooperative and calmly explaining the situation. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism. This incident involved a male staff member from the night shift front desk.

Location Bathrooms are old

Plumbing in the bathroom requires some little attention - the "small button" of flush was not working, and hot water knob behaved strangely. But everything still functioned. Took me a minute or two to figure out how centralized light switch panel works - did not see such ones before.

Location close to business and not a high rise . Follow up on cleaning was goos. Service on request was immediately available. Old facilities, pool, bathrooms looked poorly maintained. When I arrived the safe and fridge were broken, shower head also. tiles in the pool Broken and around. Shower door hits shower head every time.

Review of Radisson Blu Media City, Dubai I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Media City, Dubai. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly below the standard I expected from the Radisson Blu brand and has compelled me to share a detailed account. 1. Poor Staff Interaction and Reception Service: The service at the front desk was profoundly disappointing. Specifically, the staff member Aditee was unaccommodating, inflexible, and displayed a lack of customer care. Despite my status as a member of the hotel's loyalty club, my polite requests were met with indifference. There was no gesture of a room upgrade, which is a common recognition for loyal guests. Furthermore, she outright refused my request for a late checkout, insisting on a strict 12:00 PM departure even after acknowledging the hotel had numerous vacant rooms. This rigid and unhelpful attitude set a negative tone for the entire stay. 2. Outdated Facilities & Maintenance Issues: The room itself confirmed that the hotel is quite dated and in need of renovation. More critically, basic amenities were non-functional: · The bathroom tap was not working properly. · The refrigerator in the room was completely out of order. 3. Extremely Slow Response to Requests: Reporting these issues initiated a frustrating cycle of unfulfilled promises. It took three separate requests and over eight hours for the maintenance team to finally address the problems. This is an unacceptable response time for essential room fixtures. The overall speed in responding to guest needs, from reception to housekeeping, was consistently slow. 4. Lack of Recognition for Loyalty: As mentioned, my membership in the hotel's club was rendered meaningless. The benefits often associated with such programs—such as room upgrades, late checkout flexibility, or prioritized service—were entirely absent. This lack of appreciation for returning guests was particularly disheartening.

Location & Staff is OK & helpfull, But nothing else. Ad#1) My request for Queen Bed was not fulfilled & had to change room the next day. Ad#2) Construction works starting in Hotel from 8 AM in the 2nd Floor without notice or respect. Ad#3) AC not working: - In first room, 660 temperature could not be raised above 23 & I had a tough cold because of that. - In 2nd room 561, when I checked it, the AC was dead, & they brough the electrician to fix it, then temperature was not decreasing despite the request on the front panel, & room was too hot. Ad#4) Old & Deprecated rooms & cleanness level is not great. Ad#5) You need to wait in queue to get breakfast & its too crowded & small Area. Ad#6) Small lobby with no place to sit .

It was really far from the airport.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for both resting and getting work done. The location is ideal, especially for business travelers, as everything is nearby and easily accessible. Breakfast was fresh and diverse, and the overall service quality was consistently high throughout my stay. I truly felt taken care of, and the atmosphere of the hotel made my trip even better.

Valet parking The bathrooms were old and decorated very tired. Rest and stains in shower and around the bath. Lodge job on filling gaps with rough filler. No room. Service available through app checked in late so not ideal. So had to order talabat. Didn't sleep due to excessive noise in corridors and adjacent rooms. This was approx 130/2.00am. Had to ring down to reception. Wasn't even asked about it when checking out very bad customer service. Pool the size of a postage stamp. Would not stay here again plenty of better places for less money.
