It's my first time there and our experienced is really amazing, I like the room they gave us with balcony the ambiance was really relaxing. Staff also is all accomodating and very polife. The only thing we noticed when we ask ice bucket.it's our first time that ice bucket is chargeable because I'm working also in Hospitality and our ice bucket is free and unlimited as long the guest needed and requesting.

Amazing location, nice lobby and very good customer service. Very limited private parking, towels and bed sheets very low quality and don’t smell and look good. The breakfast was in a bar which had sticky seats and a shisha smell. The vibe while having breakfast was very non-pleasant. The air conditioning let out a bad smell from time to time. The bath towels were tiny and very non comforting. The price for 2 nights compared to the everything mentioned above was absolutely not worth it. I could have gotten a much better deal in hotels close to it.

I like everything! The vibes, the breakfast and complimentary access to Soluna beach resort. Love love love!!! Hope 36 hrs stay will be there forever Well, when we got to the hotel, toothbrush is not available so we have to request for it. Overall, its not a big issue.

The meals were excellent Cheerful and committed working stuff including the front desk The bad response we got from yacinge oufriche (TFG) when we wanted to extend our stay due to the Gulf disturbances. We had come through the package hence the reason we needed her assistance. The bad smell form the gullies around the small swimming pool and the outside bar areas.

Loved the location...quick cab ride to get to everything in the city. Staff was so friendly and rooms were very clean.
