Capitol Hotel is superb place to stay if you are visiting Dubai.Location is great,only 5min by car from Burj Khalifa,3km from La Mer beach,4km from old Dubai and Meena Bazzar shopping. Staff in the hotel was very nice and professional.Rooms are huge,especially bathroom which is big plus. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We had breakfast in the morning included which was delicious. Around hotel you can find everything you need,shops,supermarkets,money exchange etc. We decided to come back in Dubai soon and Capitol Hotel is gonna be our place to stay again. Big thanks to Capitol Staff that make our vacation even more enjoyable. Igor from Serbia

Nothing People smoke everywhere inside, which is frankly disgusting. It's like a nightclub; it looks more like that than a 4-star hotel. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness—everything is dirty.

There is no water in the shower, the room is filthy There is room is old and disgusting It’s filthy dirty and the room has no water. The shower has no waters. I’m not lying. The shower truly has no water. The entire setup is disgusting.

Good customer service and staff, location is perfect, Nose from clubs stay till 4AM, bad sower smell on second floor rooms, one time i order a food supposed to serve within 15 minutes, after 30 minutes i fell a sleep, the staff came in and open the door to wake me up in horrible way, so bad

Comfy beds and pillows Staff attentiveness and support. house keeping and cleaning. walk-in Shower is amazing. Hats of to Mr. Amjad the hotel manager for his services for making sure everything was spot on and great. Water pressure in bathroom sink is low. little issue with parking space underground during peak period season. Breakfast can be more selective with international dishes, as the majority of the dishes were from India which is perfectly fine, but more choices can be suitable and desirable.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience during my 5-night stay at your hotel. The room was spacious with a smart TV and an excellent lighting system. The large, comfy bed and pillows made our stay very comfortable. The reception staff (all the philipino ladies) were friendly, helpful, and ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. Valet service with underground parking was efficient and convenient. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to WTC Dubai, with many supermarkets and restaurants just a 2 to 5-minute walk. The food at the roof restaurant was amazing and delicious. Also the service was outstanding. A special thanks and gratitude to Mr. Amajd, the hotel manager, for being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and supportive. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. little things which can be improves, such as the water pressure at the bathroom sink, and limited parking space underground during peak period season. Breakfast can have more selection of international dishes. Apart from that, everything was fine.
