everything was great! from reception to check out it was smooth! there’s nothing you’d dislike about this place!

Good location in the center of the city. Breakfast is good. 1. Room is not soundproof. You can hear the people in the hallway all the way from your bed. The door doesn't block noise. Sound also travels through the walls and floors. Sound of slamming doors in other rooms, etc. This is not as described on this website and also not according to the price paid in comparison to other options. You can stay in a poorly soundproofed room for about 1/3rd of the price paid at this hotel. 2. Trying to relax at the pool is basically impossible because the lifeguard worker was playing annoying social media clips on his smartphone with the sound on. This happened two days in a row with two different workers. I have no idea who educated these people. It is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, or a sign of poor public etiquette. Playing with the phone during work is already weird, but disturbing guests by playing random tik tock videos with the phone on speaker mode is something that just doesn't belong in any profession, especially not when the people you are disturbing have paid money to be there and are trying to relax in a pool area. This really doesn't meet any standard. Because of these two points, I don't recommend people to book this hotel and I think that 2/10 is an appropriate score.

Lights inside room was very low, curtains very dirty

I love the hotel and the staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommended. I liked everything. Perhaps the spa reception can be lifted up a bit to aligne with the building design.

Facilities, staff -

Everything was perfect in this hotel, it was a unique experience! Nothing

The hotel design is nice and modern, and the location is good and close to some key places. The service was below expectations, the check-in process was slow, and cleanliness needs improvement. There was also some noise, and the facilities did not match the value paid

Breakfast was great. We stayed 30 days because due to the war, our return flights were cancelled. When the war started many great hotels dropped their rates, by ME did not. I wish they had. Melia should have dropped their rates, specially to current guests that we forced to stay.

Lovely location, friendly staff, out of this planet design for the lobby, restaurants, rooms and other amenities. State of the art technology in rooms. Food is super tasty and great range of restaurants cafes and bars in the same building. Bathroom designs are great yet not very comfortable, breakfast staff a bit slow. The atmosphere and design is cold. Never felt cozy anywhere honestly. It’s good to look at this futuristic art and architecture. But nothing felt convenient or comfortable.

The staff and hotel design were great. Rooms were upgraded, which put us in bigger rooms which was great. Breakfast was great as well The rooms could use more artificial light and the room control panels takes time to get use to.

Everything was perfect That when I booked the extra space and Burj view, the room didn’t had like a sofa or place to sit only two chairs which are not comfortable .
