The location is in the middle of a very crowded market. It is very hard to get a taxi in this area. The noise from street and merchants is almost non stop. It is one of my worst hotel locations ever. When entering the room, there was two staff staying in the room. They seemed shocked that I have the key to the room. Then only they sarted cleaning the room and I had to wait for another quarter an hour to access the room. The air condition is very bad. The receptionist are consistently vulgar and out right rude. Additionally, I thought I missed the pick-up taxi from the airport, only to be informed that that there is no arrangement like this to begin with. In short, this is a hotel that is interested in taking your money without any expectations of any good service in return. First of all the reception staff should be polite. I suppose, this is the least expectations of any hotel staff. Secondly, when there is shortcomings like a water drainage from the ceiling and faulty telephone ringing all night long, the hotel should take responsibility. At least the courtesy of apologizing for such serious shortcomings.

In the center No room is confirmed unless until you pay the amount.. and no point of doing online booking since its first come first serve if you fail to arrive on time
