I have to start by saying that the hotel staff service was truly above and beyond expectations. They prepared our room for our special occasion and even surprised us with a fruit platter as a thoughtful gesture before check-out, which we really appreciated. The dinner buffet and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beach is clean with soft white sand, very comfortable for relaxing and laying down. There are three swimming pools, including two adults-only pools—one of which has a beautiful tropical vibe and is absolutely amazing. They also have an infinity sky pool overlooking Palm Island, which is stunning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced, with pillows perfectly matched to the mattress for an excellent night’s sleep. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and well designed, and the bathtub was huge. Overall, I would definitely come back for another staycation. . Gym was small with only 4 treadmills, but they do have all essential equipments and weights.

The staff’s are amazing. The one in the reception named Marlen is so polite, kind and helpful. Isaac also in the reception is very helpful. My family appreciate Norman when he is in the dining area. He is so cheerful too. We love the breakfast and the infinity pool. The food options for dinner in the restaurant is few. I didn’t expect that for a five star hotel. Disappointed.

Once we were in, the resort more than made up for the initial confusion. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the beach access made it a real treat for the kids. They had a wonderful time and that, honestly, counts for a lot! Food — A Note for Vegetarian Families As a pure vegetarian family, we were a little concerned when we saw the menu options were quite limited for us. However, this is where the hotel staff truly stood out. They went out of their way to accommodate us at both dinner and breakfast, customizing dishes from the menu to suit our dietary requirements. It wasn't a vast spread, but the effort and warmth shown by the team was genuinely appreciated and made us feel welcome. Overall Address Beach Resort offers a great stay with a lovely setting. A few more dedicated vegetarian options on the menu and slightly clearer directions to the property would make it an easy 5-star experience. Access to 77th floor pool was mesmerizing. The hospitality and the beach more than compensate, and we'd consider returning. Recommended for families, with a small heads-up to fellow vegetarians to check with the team in advance! Getting There The one hiccup was finding the property. The location isn't the easiest to navigate to, and we did go around a bit before finally arriving. Better signage or clearer directions from the hotel would really help first-time guests.

The hygiene, the infinity pool, the quality and variety of food, and of course that everything looked the same as the pictures. The staff was very friendly, especially Mrs. Natalie, the commercial director there. Nothing at all, everything was as expected.

Luxury hotel Everything works well I had a dinner package which limited what I can order. I prefer they raise the price when they offer dinner ir packages but customers must not feel he is down graded

I like the way you get welcomed, the check in was smooth and the employee were super professional and friedly. Room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The only downside is breakfast. I don’t think it matches the high standards of the hotel. Quality of the food is not the best(cheap tomatoes, no avocado, tasteless eggs and ingredients, few types of cheese). Also the buffet in the evening is disappointing. Other than that was a great stay. Like i said breakfast is not matching the standards of the hotel.
