The supportive staff in each and every part of the resorts , they were very nice treating and informative. All of them were trying to make us satisfied . There was not good smell in the toilet . Only when we enter the room then it was normal . However this will not cover the great experience.

Rooms cleanliness Faciliteis are too small compared to the population

On Saturday the staff at the pool lied that all the sun beds are reserved and told us that the guest are coming after 15 minutes so we had to move from there, after that they were telling us every 15 minutes that the guests who had reserved the sun beds are on their way. After passing 2 hours no one came for the reservation. This is very unfair and not respectful behavior towards the hotel guests!

Very good breakfast No sign of none smoking outdoors.

They gave me construction view room instead of sea view as per the booking, however they changed after 3 hours of check in. Later on they compensate me with a free dinner and late check out which we’re good for me.

The waterparks and the big swimming pool??? Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. My only small disappointment was that we couldn’t get a late check-out, even for just two hours. My kids really loved the swimming pool and beach. Since the pool only opened at 10:00 AM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, they only had about an hour to swim before we had to go back, shower, pack, and prepare to leave. We would have appreciated even a short extension so the children could enjoy the facilities a little longer.”

We stayed at the hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not take proper care of us and failed to provide the room that we had originally booked. In addition, they misplaced our car, causing us to wait for more than an hour before it was found. The lack of organization, poor service, and inconvenience we experienced made our stay extremely unpleasant. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and we were dissatisfied with the hotel’s service.

Disappointing All-Inclusive Experience – Not What We Expected from a Luxury 5-Star Resort We stayed at W Dubai Mina Seyahi for 2 nights and 3 days on one of the highest-tier all-inclusive packages. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell significantly short of our expectations and did not reflect the standards we associate with a luxury 5-star resort. The first disappointment was the room itself. The lighting throughout the room and corridors was extremely dim, creating a dark and dull atmosphere. Even with all lights switched on, the room never felt bright or welcoming. The overall design may be intentional, but it compromised comfort and practicality. The air conditioning was another issue. Despite lowering the temperature settings, the room never felt properly cool during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. One of the most surprising shortcomings was the absence of a refrigerator in the room. For a hotel of this category, this is difficult to understand. Guests travelling with temperature-sensitive medications such as insulin have no proper way to store them. When we contacted guest services, we were advised to request ice buckets whenever needed and use the minibar ice container. This is not a practical or reliable solution for medical requirements. Our room was also located close to a construction site. The view was dominated by ongoing construction works, and noise could be heard even during the evening and night. The balcony was effectively unusable due to the lack of privacy and exposure to the construction area. We were also surprised to find notices indicating that room amenities such as toiletries were not to be taken away. While we understand hotel policies, seeing such notices on standard room amenities felt unnecessary and not in keeping with a premium guest experience. The minibar offering was disappointing. There were only a couple of beers available and no miniature spirits such as vodka, gin, rum, or whisky. Luxurious hotel, very nice indeed. The staff were the real stars of the show though; so positive and helpful for all needs, always with a smile. The food was lovely and the option to use the other two hotels for meals/pools/beach was a great benefit. We’ll be back!

Good Too many issues with travel agent bookings, even after paying full while booking was Informed by reception that travel agent has asked to pay for extra bed where as booking clearly shows it's for 3 adults and paid already in full with all booking and age details. However bookings done online had no problem. Don't book through travel agents.
