Expensive for 2days and the room is smelly outside is very noisy i feel like im in the normal house

The price and the staff is nice The place is very messed up, have a club inside and the music is very loud and they are using walk talk to communicate between the staff and stay the whole time rounding inside the property, the room are dirty with bad smell.

I didn’t stay the whole day, around 9pm I checked out because I felt something scary..I can’t sleep..then I asked the staff in the reception if I can change my room then he insisted that it’s not allowed and there were no vacant room which I didn’t beleive him…so I decided yo checked out..by the way I stayed in room 306.. Then when I arrived at the room there were no towel so I had to call yo asked for it…no coffee or even tea..
