Nothing. Rude and disgusting staff. I didn’t like anything. Rude management. Tried to break into my room with my minor daughter. Said to give our passports for “deposit”. Complete lie. Called the police on me and once AGAIN tried to break into my room. Constant disgusting behavior from every employee and manager. Ruined my new years stay.

The booked room was really smelly and the carpet was dirty. Luckily for us the room had some technical issues and they moved us to a better room. Otherwise it would have been a very disappointing experience. The booked room looked like an average 3*. I don't recommend it

The extra bed was comfortable The electrecity plugs was very old and we couldn’t charge our mobile phones or use our hair dryers because it doesn’t fit . And the apartment hair dryer is not working as well

The property is great with stunning views of Burj Khalifa. The food was delicious, room in services, customer services, all the staffs were all professional, went beyond and above????? There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location & spacious spaces for the three bedroom apartment I booked a three-bedroom apartment, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell of cooking, onions, and spices. The master bedroom’s AC wasn’t working properly, so I asked the receptionist to have it checked. He sent the room service supervisor, who claimed he couldn’t detect any smell. When I asked the manager to come, he acknowledged the issue and assured me they would bring a diffuser to freshen the apartment and change the AC filter. Despite these efforts, the issue was not resolved.
