Location / Staff / Breaskfast AC Noise / Fan is too high No Proper Maintenance of the facility . Problem is waiting for elevator. Lots of noises in lower floor from AC compressors from nearby buildings.

Excellent staff especially Anju (the lady at reception, sorry if i m wrongly spelling her name) and Mohabbat The location of my room was towards teh constructions sites. It was a disturbing noise in the morning. Secondly car parking should be allocated to the rooms as well. Some times you have to go many many floors to find a parking space

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. This hotel is one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The elevators were constantly out of service, which caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration throughout our stay. On top of that, the service was terrible — the staff were unprofessional and showed little care for the guests. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations, and it was absolutely not worth the money. We definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The ac was very hot even when it was working . Annoying sound through the windows especially in the morning . I saw cockroach in the room . Very bad smell in the room .
