My wife and I had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Dubai while celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. We’d especially like to thank Mr. Saudi at the front desk for his professionalism and warm hospitality. The lady lifeguard at the 42nd floor pool was also incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We’d also like to recognize the Filipino gentleman at Dunes during breakfast for his excellent service and friendly attitude. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Those small gestures made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the entire Shangri-La Dubai team for making our anniversary so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We will also be recommending Shangri-La Dubai to our family and friends. Keep up the excellent work! N/A

the pool, location, room and the attentiveness of the staffs when we need something nothing

Great location 1-Holding money with out any consent ,I have done prepayment room charges and deposit,while checking out additional payments holding equal to room fee . 2- I booked for my family half bord ,after checking they are mentioned only Chinese food (typical Chinese taste)dinner ,there is no other option that’s we ordered my kids and me refused to eat after taste we went off.but service people were gladly spoken and asked pardon by phone call ,I felt so badly wasting food 3- No proper communication and orientation about these things while checking ,regarding whether we can choose other plans,1320 aed initial payment +300 aed caution deposit and check out time 1010 aed hold.(but it was released after weeks contacting them)

The room, attentive staff esp Moustafa and the horizon club loung receptionists Our room was wellprepared, crib was there. Early check in late check out flexibilty was the best indoor pool was closed

What I loved about the property was the attention to detail when it comes to customer service. The staff greeted me with care and attention and constantly asked if I needed anything. I will be definitely coming back to Shangri la, if not in Dubai then in London Nothing

The view and hospitality Nothing

The hotel’s location is very close to the dubai mall and burj Khalifa. And the room view was fantastic seeing burj Khalifa directly. The staffs were very friendly specially Mr. Khodaram. None

I hope you are doing well. I would like to inquire about the security deposit of SAR 1,000 that I paid upon check-in during my stay from May 25 to May 29. I have not yet received the refund and would appreciate it if you could provide an update on its status and the expected refund date. Thank you for your assistance. We were told we've got a double upgrade to end up in exactly the room type we've booked for. Parking was always an argument to allow us to park the car ourselves.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The lounge experience was one of the highlights. Ms. Janet was very attentive, warm, and kind throughout both our afternoon tea and happy hour. The Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr. Akshat was also very welcoming and kindly assisted us with visiting a space that is only open to guests with special access, which made the stay feel even more memorable. The security team was also very kind, helpful, and supportive. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. We were able to check in early, and the reception team also allowed us to check out an hour later than scheduled, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a room with a Burj Khalifa view, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even better. The room was very nice, the water pressure was strong, and breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The pool had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. It would have been even better if the lounge had been operational in its original location, and if the indoor pool and jacuzzi were available. However, this was not a deal breaker at all, as we still enjoyed the temporary lounge and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi when it was quiet, shaded, and not crowded. Overall, we had no issues at all and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended. Few minor issue was that the bidet button was a little difficult to press, but it did not affect our overall stay. It would also have been even better if the lounge and indoor pool had been operational during our stay, as this would have made the experience feel more complete

Great ambiance, very clean spacious room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shiela and Janeth at reception were great hosts. They handled my check-in very professionally and explained everything about the services and facilities available. Breakfast was awesome and the staff made sure I got all what I needed. All the staff at restaurant were very attentive. I just remember Pradeep's name but all present there were great.

The amount of 833 was taken from my account in 3-5-2026 for what is this is a charge cost?? Good
