Nothing beside the good view of Sheik Zayed Road Staffs are chaotic, no greetings, no smile. Lifts are a disaster and so small. Pool is so small. It was just not a vibe.

We enjoyed the pool so much and the view from our room is nice. There should be air condition on all the floor as it gets very hot during summer.

Location was great. Staff were superb. Rooms are very well appointed. The time it took for valet to retrieve my car, the old fitness equipment and waiting time on elevators.

My room was amazing with breathtaking view of dubai as my room was on the 70th Floor. The location is exceptional. I didnt try the breakfast in the hotel as i ordered from a fast food joint. The staff were not able to understand my requests. The rules of the hotel are too rigid. I paid for 2 rooms and almost all my requests were declined. I asked for a plate and knife and i got disposable. To get proper stainless steel cutlery there is a charge which is unacceptable. Other hotel around the same area DO NOT charge for cutlery. The bathrooms leak water if a shower is taken. I had requested house keeping to come and clean the sweep the water in the bathroom however no one came. So the hotel has a fantastic views and beautiful rooms however the staff and hotel rules are not user friendly.

Only the hotel location The Egyptian staff in customer service was rude , he refused to bring extra towel and blankets to my room AC was to cold I have Visitor to have dinner with me and the same staff make problems to me to get ID for my visitor which is no acceptable to me . The bathroom was dirty and with insects I will not repeat my experience in this hotel for future

Clean and very spacious. I booked the 1 bedroom suites. TV is very bad. It was blurry screen and very slow. We normally enjoyed watching netflix or youtube everytime we go for staycation. Didnt expect to have a bad TV for a 4 start hotel.

i had booked an apartment, however there were not kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery. When i called the reception i was told that the hotel doesnt provide this.

The location the staff in the front desk, the Filipina, is not accommodating. Unprofessional to deal with.

The facility management didnt check the equipment on the room. I got injured using the room hair dryer because the dryer got short circuit sparked and burned my hand. Although, they have helped me treat the would it affect and spoiled the whole stay. Also, they should have had our stay for free or offer something because of the inconvenience and injury they have caused but aside from treating the would they didnt do anything, considering the hotel rating I have expectations but honestly speaking they stay was not worth it!! Hotel negligence is beyond compare. Just want to emphasize the hotel elevator experience as you will have to wait for 30 mins just to get to where you want to go. Plus anyone can enter in the facility and anyone is free to go wherever they like as elevator does not need access card.
