Room was very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. location was very good too i think there could have been a few more options at breakfast. greek yoghurt for example.

Location The check-in process took an unusually long time. It took almost 4 hours for the hotel to arrange our second room, even though both rooms had been booked a week in advance and we had also sent a confirmation message through Booking.com. This delay caused significant inconvenience, especially as we were traveling with children. Despite paying for two rooms, our entire family had to stay in a single room for nearly 4 hours while waiting for the second room to be made available. We expected a much smoother check-in experience considering the advance booking and prior communication. Unfortunately, the delay made our arrival uncomfortable and stressful.

Food, location, facilities was disappointed with my stay. When I checked online before booking, it stated that the hotel provides free transportation to major locations. After checked in I was informed that this service is no longer available. This information should have been updated on the booking platform to avoid misleading guests. The lack of this advertised facility caused inconvenience and affected my overall experience.

Location. Facilities. Room cleanliness. Nice staff Food options at the bar, both at the Charlies and 43 Sky View Lounge. The beer isn't cold enough. Very view food varieties, i just ordered fries with the beer and even the fries isn't good.

I called the room service once they were fast and good service. I tried to call again around 5 times I couldn't reach anyone. When I read on the FAQ, all the answers says there are smoking rooms upon availability and even if there isn't, smoking is allowed on the balcony. But when I reach there I was informed that this is a non smoking hotel (even on the balcony ) and the policy has been changed!!! That was really frustrating
