Amazing hotel, one of the best i visited, i liked a lot the welcoming and the staff and the positive response of all what i asked for, Specially the receptionist who checked me in she was amazing, (dont remember the name) and the director (who i met while i was at the reception) ( he s from egypt) a very respectable man and all the staff . Nothing at all, everything was exceptional

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room was clean The air conditioning in our room was not working properly throughout our stay. We informed the reception and requested that it be fixed, but no action was taken and the issue remained unresolved. In addition, during check-out we waited almost an hour for our vehicle. I followed up with the valet staff 4–5 times, yet my requests were ignored while other guests’ vehicles were brought first. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard. My family and I are loyal guests, which made this experience even more disappointing.
