Perfect place for business too expensive

So calm and peaceful They gave me a very bad view although i told them i am a n influencer so i need a good view to take a photo of the hotel they gave me a wall view! And What I didn’t like is the honesty of one of the staff once i did my check in by mistake i booked through booking from the date 8 to 12 and it cost 5400 then he asked for 8400 if i want to stay here till date 15 so I chose the second option because i booked a wrong date any way he sent me the link then i pay to stay from 8 to 15 so 7 days instead of 4days , then on the date 11 they texted me that tomorrow is my check out!! How come! although i payed an extra 3000 dirham to extend my staying in the hotel once I contacted them they told me that it’s only deposit no for the extended nights!!!! So i have to pay a different payment to stay more here ! And then while checking out they will refund my deposit which is 3000 dirham so now i have to go to another hotel because i am done of their attitude to customers and not honest about the real price

Nice room design. New furniture despite the hotel being old. Quiet rooms. Good air conditioning. You can access the beach of FS Jumireah Room cleanliness needs improvement. I found marks/stains and showed them to reception. The receptionist at Luna Rooftop was not friendly and asked for our room number before entry, despite the venue being open to visitors.

The staff and service were outstanding, and the room was impressively quiet. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the lavender pillow spray. Despite maintenance at the DIFC spa, the team kindly arranged access to the Four Seasons Jumeirah facilities, which was a great gesture. Valet parking staff were consistently helpful, and the podium level offers an excellent selection of restaurants. The DIFC location is ideal central, convenient, and surprisingly peaceful with no outside noise at all. Everything about the stay was seamless and hassle‑free. I truly loved my experience and would gladly return. The only minor downside was that the spa facilities at the DIFC property were temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. While access to the Four Seasons Jumeirah was thoughtfully arranged, having on‑site spa access would have made the experience even more seamless. Other than that, there was very little to fault.

The staff Small lobby doesn’t not reflect a five star hotel. Pool was fully closed while during reservation stated partially closed.

AC doesnt work properly, in roomd, in common areas lime lifts and especially in the reception area. Reception area is really poor, not worth 5 star hotel. They dont have sufficient AC. In the rooms, there is no dental kit. Come on guys you are Four Seasons, it should be there without us having to call you. Some rooms face the adjacent office building, it is impossible to keep the curtains open. This could be the worst Four Seasons globally.

One of luxurious hotel ever it’s my first stay ever in 4 seasons hotels and they upgraded my room that’s how they welcome me in my first stay in 4 seasons hotel group I highly recommend this hotel and also you can use the facilities of 4 seasons resort in Jumirah and there are car will take you to there also free -
