The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Very friendly and made everything easy. I would definitely book for my family here again. We had the three bedroom apartment suite and it was great. This just may be my new place to always book when staying in Dubai. Everything was actually great !

The gym is decent The staff passed sarcastic and rude comments when I returned from finishing dubai marathon. Not appreciated, the staff’s name was Saif working at the reception at around 1pm on the 12th of January. He was superbly condescending and rude and offered no help regarding my room key.
