The room was super clean and quite spacious. The staff is extremely thoughtful and kind. I truly enjoyed the facilities, including the gym, spa and many restaurants.

There is more than adequate meet-and-greet staff in the lobby to facilitate the guest in any aspect. Room at 45 floor was perfect and excellent facilities. Adequate number of lifts so one gets to the room or lobby promptly/

The service overall is outstanding, and the restaurants and facilities in the hotel offer high-quality experiences. The hotel itself feels luxurious and elegant, and its location is very convenient and well-connected. These positive aspects are what make me choose this hotel repeatedly. I have stayed at this hotel about four times, and my previous experiences—especially in Tower A—were very good. However, this was my first time staying in Tower B, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The view from the room was not as nice as before. The shower pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and the hot water took a long time to come through, which was inconvenient. Additionally, one of the electrical outlets (the socket next to the bed) was not working, making it difficult to charge devices. Overall, I find Tower A much more comfortable, with better service and overall quality. I hope the hotel can improve Tower B to match the standard of Tower A.
