Great location in Marina, everything is in walkable distance. Very friendly and attentive staff. Most of the furnishings, including the bathroom tiles, are showing significant signs of wear with the speaker at the pool crackling. IMHO: this is a hotel due for renovation. The breakfast is very limited in choice and not comparable with the buffet pictures on booking.com.

i liked the location, and all the staff were accomodating and hospitable…. very good customer service… nice breakfast … to top it all, we love the staff’s surprise as it’s my husband’s birthday when we checked in… TV needs upgrade…

Location There were hair glued on the bathroom shower wall. Before we even used it. Breakfast option was less.

Love this hotel! The best thing about it is the people who work there. They have a hospitable attitude that is exceptional. Also, as I have been frequenting the hotel for several years, it is quite telling that you keep seeing the same friendly faces. Highly recommended!

Location is good and close to Marina walk. Nice and welcoming staff. Room is very clean . Room is not sound-proof

Check-in took long time and they gave me first a room smoking that i refused. There is a night club in the hotel and you hear the loud base drums all the time. I call reception about 10 times and they didn't do much. the manager came and want to shift me to other room but i refused cause i was trying to sleep. In the morning i wanted to use the restaurant with the promised 20% but they refused to give me the discount.
