The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location in Al Rigga, which is a lively and convenient area. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in the past five years. The property is extremely outdated — the furniture, bathrooms, and overall room condition are far below acceptable standards. The water heater did not work, and the air conditioning was also not functioning properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were disappointing. I am genuinely shocked that a hotel operating at this level is allowed to continue functioning. The reality of the property is completely inconsistent with basic hospitality expectations. I would strongly advise travelers to reconsider before booking this hotel
