AC is not really cooling....we keep on waking up in the middle of the night as it is hot... The parking fee, before they didn't charge..now even if you are a guest, they will charge 30....I hope they decrease the parking fee for their guests... Incomplete bath linens, we don't have a bath mat..

I had a very pleasant stay. Special thanks to the receptionist who handled my check-in professionally and made the process smooth and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the room was clean once it was finally assigned correctly. My experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, my room was not ready even though I arrived at the expected check-in time, and I had to wait around 30 minutes. I was initially given a room different from the one I had booked and only later received the correct room. In addition, parking used to be complimentary during my previous stays, but it is now charged separately, which I was not aware of when making my reservation again based on my past experience. The room also did not have a wardrobe or closet for clothes, which was inconvenient.

Everything was great, staff on the reception was very kind and professional. We felt little smell in our room, called the reception and they immediately changed the room. Breakfast was great with variety of items available to choose. Really value of money especially the location was perfect near Mall of Emirtaes. Will try to book again. First the air conditioner was very bad I change my room such is smell very bad and the second they try to fixed with air spray but the problem is the air conditioner you can’t breathe.during my stay all the time I spray parfum The problem is not stuff but the maintenance also windows are closed so it was very bad
