There is no any service to like The hotel room a/c is not working, the bathroom is not clean, the shower tub is very small, and the tawal is not clean.

The staff's behavior was excellent I always choose this hotel to stay in Dubai, but this time I booked an economy room for three nights and this room was so small that it was difficult to walk inside and more importantly, the air conditioner was not cooling well, so the hotel had to change three rooms so that one room was better than the previous ones. However, the rooms I booked in the past were both large and comfortable, but I was not satisfied with these economy rooms.

The proximity with Baniyas Square Metro Station. This hotel is far better than those in the same area. When you walk through the corridor, you can hear neighbours on the same floor talking quite loud.

I’ve visited Carlton a few times, and I must say the hotel is very calm and peaceful. The staff are friendly and professional. During my last two visits, the check-in was handled by a smart Indian gentleman who kindly upgraded me to a suite, even though I was only staying for a night. I really appreciate his gesture. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon
