The staff were friendly. The walls of the room and bathroom were dirty and pealing off and looked moldy. There were small cockroaches. The walls and the floor of bathroom could use some bleach.

the location is near gold souk entrance and inside bazar so preferred by retail buyers interested in shopping in gold souk area. Metro station is not far from hotel. Wifi was ok. location is in gold souk area with streets around hotel full of traffic so taking taxi to destinations including airport is not easy. Hotel guests are mainly retail buyers of goods offered in gold souk area so carrying of goods on trolleys and sometimes noisy carton packing of purchased goods even late at midnight in hotel area is not surprising. The toilet tap flush was not operating properly. The room had no view/window to outside. one of the bath towels was torn and hair was seen in bed sheets. The mosque was near therefore repeated azan from loudspeakers was usual.

The toilet have too much smell and when I was sleeping in the coridor someone continue talking even voice coming from another room also staff is good but the quality is not good.

Cheap and best all the staffs are really good and helpful. Karim the housekeeping guy is really nice always there to help you . All the best guys
