Room service A very refined and highly professional experience; the rooms are always spotlessly clean and tidy, and the attention to small details reflects the hotel’s commitment to its guests’ comfort. Exceptional service and integrity I’d like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Nan, a staff member in the front desk/accounting department, for her courteous manner and her attentive, professional assistance in helping me recover the balance owed to me. Her prompt and courteous service reflects the exemplary standards of the hotel management and the integrity of the staff. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Deira, and every time, this hotel proves to me that it’s the ideal choice and always my favorite. The hotel is very upscale and features a calm and comfortable atmosphere that makes staying there an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend staying at this upscale hotel, and this certainly won’t be my last visit! Thank you to the entire staff for this exceptional hospitality.

I loved the family interconnecting rooms. It's a shame more hotels in dubai don't do this. The proximity to the shopping centre and the metro but just be aware that in summer, the short walk isn't great during the middle of the day. There is very little shading until you get to the mall. My first experience of the hotel was trying to find the hotel parking. I was travelling with family. Considering the hotel was not busy and we had young children, I think it would be have been sensible to offer valet parking.

Clean rooms, a great location, and friendly, helpful staff. There are plenty of nearby food and shopping options, making it very convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a comfortable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing We had a very uncomfortable experience during our stay. At around 1 AM, a staff member repeatedly banged on our door for no valid reason. First it was to hand over a tissue box, then later for sugar sachets. We later learned he was from the engineering department, which made the situation even more confusing. If a guest doesn’t respond at that hour, it should be assumed they are sleeping — yet the knocking continued persistently. This completely disrupted our rest and felt highly unprofessional. I hope the management reviews their night‑shift protocols to ensure guest privacy and comfort are respected
