Clean, smart and elegant rooms. Good location The strict unnecessary procedures I came with my family with me having my ID and E-passport for the rest of my family. They didn’t want to check me in unless the manager intervention to solve it.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our family stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

Location in Barsha near metro station and MOE was good, fairly new hotel. from the Promo in booking to what I actually paid there was quite a different. 1st when I reached the hotel they charged me extra from what was agreed after upgrading my room, and at the checkout they mentioned that I need to pay extra as they made a mistake during the check-in. So overall, the experience did not worth the money.

Hotel is super clean, very nice rooms and great staff. The breakfast was poor (I think due to low occupancy of the hotel) I stayed twice before in the hotel and the breakfast was superb. The pillows are not comfortable.. Pool closes early which is why I did not have the chance to visit. Gym is great and well equipped Breakfast was very poor Pillows not comfortable Electric Curtains could not be partially shut.. either fully opened or fully closed.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The staff is incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. The chef-prepared meals were a highlight throughout our stay. What truly stood out happened on our departure day. We returned at 4 AM ahead of our flight, and instead of just leaving us a packed lunch box, the chef actually woke up to prepare a stunning fresh breakfast for us — omelettes, vegetables, fruit, cheeses, and an abundance of delicious options. That level of care is rare and unforgettable. I will absolutely return. A truly amazing experience.
