ibis One Central Hotel

Good location and staff were accomodating. Nothing much but would have been better if they replace the shower head since the one I had in my room does not work well.

The hotel is under maintenance and so much of construction and demolition noise is happening you can’t rest. The level of noise and uncomforte and dust the hotel should be closed, hence they did not even mention this point at the booking page The hotel is currently undergoing major maintenance and construction work, with constant construction and demolition noise throughout the day. It is impossible to rest or enjoy the stay due to the excessive noise, dust, and overall disruption. The level of disturbance is unacceptable for a hotel that is still accepting guests. In my opinion, the hotel should either suspend operations during these works or, at the very least, clearly disclose the ongoing construction on the booking page before guests make a reservation. This information was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and had I been aware of it, I would not have booked this hotel

Excellent location and amazing service. This hotel has convenient and fast connection to the DXB airport by metro. Ahmad from reception helped a lot to check in swiftly and start enjoying my stay. He was extremely helpful as well. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, especially for its connections both to the airport and city centre attractions.

It was very close to the metro, and the services and staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

كذابين عندما وصلت السكن قالوا الغرفة غير متوفرة وتحت صيانة، قالوا الغي الحجز راح تسترجع فلوسك لكن الالغاء تحت الخيار دفع مبلغ الحجز ، لكن انا اتصلت على خط خدمة العملاء بوكينج اشتكي على فندق.

Reception at checkin was professional Security behaviour ..doesnt know how to speak politely…and preferred parking spots near the entrance to the guests coming to the bar over the guest staying in hotel…the only reason i was asking because they took around 20 minutes just to retrieve my car and for me i could not deal with such delay hence i had requested but apparently it was only for VIP guests.later they ended up giving me parking card so i can park it myself in the basement.
