I recently stayed at Falcon Royal Hotel and had a comfortable experience. The place was clean and very cozy. However, one thing I didn't like was the contrast between the clean interiors and the dusty exterior windows. It was a bit tough to get a clear view outside. Overall, I'd recommend it for a cozy stay. Maybe a bit more attention to exterior cleanliness would enhance the experience

Staff was quick and responsive at all times!! The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark with cigarette smell and uncleaned carpets. since we were fasting not very pleasant to smell cigarette.

Location There was night club in the hotel in n floor ( between ground floor and and first floor), the pillow sheet was dirty there was a stain on it, the room was very cold , feels not comfortable to be there

The terrible sound of refrigerator and the air condition sometimes doesn't work and it make the room hote.

The service was excellent. I arrived very early and was assisted very well by the Reception team. Also, when i was about to check out- the Bellman/ doorman assisted me very well to the point that he got me a taxi because of my multiple luggages. I will definitely consider Royal Falcon as one of my to-go place because of the great service I experienced. NA
