The location is good The food and the service in the restaurant is very poor. I sit in the restaurant for almost 1 hour waiting for service. I had to get out and walk outside to pick up something to eat. The bathrooms has no handles. They only give one tools for two people to shower.

nothing maybe location , the courtesy and patience of the reception staff ( exept Ali) special thx to ahmed and the females marsa n christine no maintenance no enough towels no working A/C no hotwater not feeling safe at which means any key card can open any room on the upper 3 floors ! imagine that ?!!!! thats completly true and i reported that to the local authorities once i found out .

I have stayed at this hotel several times because its location is very convenient and close to most of the places I need to visit. Unfortunately, despite the excellent location, the stay is never comfortable. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. In Dubai's extreme summer heat, having a properly working AC is essential, yet the AC in my room barely worked, making the room very uncomfortable. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of maintenance. A few months ago, I was assigned a room with a broken bathroom faucet. By chance, I was given the exact same room during my recent stay, and I found that nothing had been repaired. The faucet was still broken, there was still no hot water, and the air conditioning was still not functioning properly. It clearly shows that maintenance is being neglected. Room service also needs significant improvement. The housekeeping team only provided toiletries and amenities for one person, even though our booking was for two guests. We constantly had to request additional towels and toiletries instead of having them prepared in advance. I really hope the management invests in proper maintenance and improves the quality of service because the hotel has a great location and could be much better. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend it for a comfortable stay. no ac no maintenance bad housekeeping no towels no hotwater
