i booked a room with bathtub instead they give a room without it and when i called the reception the staff told me blame it to the apps that i used. Staff need to be more organized while accepting guest we also noticed 1st come first serve not been i saw a guy that just came in a taxi but im waiting for more than 30 mjns but this guy took less than it and even he goes inside first.

Its location only!! There is poor parking for car therefore very slow replaying any order , reception slow processing , will not ever booking on this hotel!!!!

The hotel's location was the only good thing about it. the reception was poor; there was no parking outside, no one to handle luggage, and the room service was terrible, even though we booked a suite and expected better service! The room wasn't properly prepared, the minibar wasn't working, and we asked them to fix it and waited until 1:00 AM to no avail.

All type of services and every way of treatment was great and remarkable The prices as it should be free to enable me staying all the year as long as close to my work … joking for sure but honestly I did not remark any obvious negative point
