We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the staff handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and very clean, the gym facilities were well-equipped, and the location was convenient while remaining quiet and peaceful. A special thank you to Herman Santoso and Ika for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Location Stinky room odor, Beds, linen sheets, towels were unhygienic, quite small rooms filled without proper housekeeping, and complementary breakfast was pathetic

I wasn’t expecting the room to be this big and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. I could even see Burj Khalifa from my room. Everything you need is there, and anything else you can request from the staff. I also loved how varied the breakfast was, and how friendly the staff were. Really enjoyed my stay. There’s nothing I didn’t like!

The location and the price. We requested for a non smoking rooms, 1 for my 2 daughters and 1 for me and my husband. We can smell smoking from the toilets - coming from the other rooms. After checking out, the reception at around 1400H, gave me a feedback form, rating for their rooms, breakfast, etc. When I gave each question, a 6 or 7 rating. She was asking me what was the reason of such a score…I told her, that we were in a hurry. But kinda insisted for me to answer her question. I eventually told her if they (hotel) or booking.com would send me an email to rate AGAIN, then I would reiterate. And guests are not obliged to answer such a question specially upon checking out. I hope Holiday Inn would modify this part. Avoid consuming a lot of time from your guests with these feedback forms if booking.com is doing it already. And vice versa. Upon checking in, there is a part wherein the receptionist that time, gave 2 forms to fill out the part the email, contact numbers, and signature. The 2nd form for a different email address. Again waiting guest’s time.
