This place exceeded my expectation. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. The views are amazing. They even provided me with washing powder to do my laundry without me asking. The early check in was fabulous after a 8 hour flight. On the day of check out, Blanche said I could wait in my room until my transport arrived at 7pm because my flight was at 23h30......this was another wow factor for me because you don't get this kind of service anywhere. The price was great. Mr Kumar and his team, Blanche, Ashraf and Mr Ala Uddin are exceptional. Thank you again and I will definitely be back

For our one bedroom apartment, the kitchen facilities were almost complete. There was even salt and pepper there, which was very helpful. Cleaning team members Rosalie, Jessa, Gaurav, Pathum, and Bawan were very kind and helpful giving the feeling of being home:-) Except for the pool and gym, I couldn’t find a specific entertainment for kids.

The housekeeping team at Regency was outstanding—extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. Everything was always spotless, and they took great pride and care in their work. Special thanks to Gravrav, Jessa, Pathum, Bawan, and Rose for their exceptional service. Their professionalism and dedication were a big part of why I decided to extend my stay at Regency for another three months. Maybe it would be a good idea to replace some of the kitchen utensils, as a few of them are showing signs of wear and tear.

I stayed with their Deluxe room to Premuim room. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the best things about the hotel is its fantastic location. It is close to everything, with Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, and JBR Beach all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, shopping, and relaxing by the beach. A special thank you to the reception staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service. They were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with any questions or requests, making every interaction a pleasant one. I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for doing an outstanding job (Jessa, Pathum, Gaurav, Rosalie, Amir, and Achini) My room was always clean, fresh, and well-organized, and their attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location made my decision to extend my stay three times an easy one. I highly recommend Regency Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Dubai, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
