Nothing at all. Everything. Falsely advertised on the App. Pictures are all AI too different on actual, lol. 1 towel!?? No room delivery service!??? I asked for ice and staff said i have to get it outside my own. Like what kind of hotel!?? Is this. With bathtub and balcony/ city view like where!???geez, dk not mislead your future guests…. Pool so dirty, too much rust everywhere. Inns are way better, to be honest!? Sw manager and all she said well this is a 3star hotel, not even a complimentary water when I asked, common on, no wonder your hotel is like that, your manager is too prideful! Doesn’t know how to compensate guests for it’s frustrations.

No parking No drinking water mattress are Old and when you're staying there The don't allow changing bed sheets no toiletries be many more toilet where molded nothing cleaned there was no option they won't refund that's why I stay and it's very bad experience

The staff behavior was not good during the checking, he was so arrogant. Light was blinking, cleaning was not maintained properly.

The one thing that I like the location of hotel was good and near was shopping mall and masque and other side was restaurant near to beach location was excellent I was arrive 7 am my checkin time was 12 :00 so I was requested to the Indian attendant that I have First Fast of ramzan so please checked me early I tiers from 14 hours long flight he was demand 100 aed extra to I give 100 extra and make check in . The show of hotel was not working. The water pressure was so low . I requested to the attendant he send someone to check but situation was little better butt was still not good . I didn’t recommended to go

The staff are polite, welcoming et al The place looks great in photos, but the reality in ground is totally different. Bathroom is pathetic, TV is for decoration, it's really basic. They had shouting clients in adjacent rooms. The cleaners have no attention to detail.

The place is terrible, the ground is filthy, and everything is disgusting.
