The room was clean and the desk staff were friendly!

We arrived very late in the evening / early morning. Staff was super helpful and got us promptly to our room. When we checked out the next morning it was very busy, we were able to just drop our keys and move on. We did not partake in breakfast or any other amenities. Thank you for a great place to rest! It was so nice to feel safe and welcome.

The door to the room stuck and was very loud when pulled shut.

Great location Something was not clean in the whole 4th floor. It smelled by rancid bacteria or mold. Near the elevator it was strong and I was a little nervous the Odor that was pungent was mold so I held my breathe everytime I walk past or into the elevator. Also the breakfast is nkt worth the premium. The waffles were edible, and yogurt was good. But the coffee was urine warm, and the scrambled eggs were nasty some sort of fake eggs all Watery from being in a warmer, it fresh at all. The sausage was so nasty and not cooked fresh it would not be consumed even in public schools. The potatoe was akin to something precooked and put into large bags the open and maybe steamed to warm up and sort of masquerade as cooked home fries. This part of the breakfast was so bad it was ridiculous. Coffee lukewarm like urine a d yogurt were the only two edible things.

The location the breakfast the 24 hour coffee and the pool outside was nice!

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. System was down when we arrived. Took about an hour to check in. They had a worker take us to a room and someone was in it. Never got room keys, even after we got to our room. When we went to check out, they seemed to have no knowledge of us, so that was a bit concerning.

The poor lady running breakfast had her hands full. She couldn't keep up. You really should have 2 people in there running the breakfast. With that said, the lady running the breakfast kept a good attitude despite the complaining customers. The pool was dirty. The latch on our bathroom door was missing. Overall, it seemed a little rundown.
