Quality Inn And Suites Dublin

Staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel itself presents well upon arrival. Public areas appeared clean and orderly. Room was useful, refrigerator and microwave were clean. Minor cobwebs here and there and tape over old wood windows. Missing lightbulbs in the lamps and a few quirks but for a quick overnight visit on our drive through with three small pets it was just fine. We were happy they could accommodate us with a fee of course as many others would not . Breakfast looked good but we were heading out as they were setting up so didn’t have a chance to sample.

The breakfast was adequate. Staff addressed the need for more milk for cereal immediately when asked. We were totally unfamiliar with the area and found the location close to the highways we needed. We found good food with friendly staff in the complex across the street. The pillows were smaller than we are used to. We were still able to sleep well enough. The room door was a little difficult to open at times. No real negatives.

The staff was unable to help me fix a TV issue did not provide me a copy of paperwork for incidentals or check out and the staff person asked me personal questions that were inappropriate regarding my stay

Clean room. Breakfast wasnt the best

The carpets are stained up and the walls are starting to peel. The furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. The pillows on the bed smelled funny. There are no vending machines. Our room key kept not working. Breakfast was horrible.

It was close to where I need to be It needs to be updated. The decor is very old looking in the plugs need to be updated.

Was very cute, room was a single, room with double beds, but seemed more like a double room. Lots of room. Everything was great, had fruit, brownies, muffins, cereal, waffles, bagels/ toast, yogurt,, juice, coffee, milk, water,, biscuits and gravy, except no eggs for breakfast. That's the only thing and it's not a big deal everything was great.
