Great staff at front desk Did hear a little co structuring noise but not terrible
-
Great walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Parking was easy and close to facility. We used the pull out couch for a bed and unfortunately when we opened it up it was covered in crumbs and old food. It didn’t look like it was cleaned between stays.

Rooms were clean. There was construction in the hotel building that was loud in the mornings. No mention of this until the first morning wake up. Door handles/key card locks were very loud. Hotel room doors slammed very loudly. TV was not hung right and so there was no good angle to watch TV.
-
Room smelled like dog, shower door doesn't close right and leaked on floor. No maid service first 2 nights, which is your whole weekend. Had to get towels at the front desk. One of the main things you look forward to at days end.
-
It was superior in all categories. Excellent is not high enough. Everything from the cleanliness (sparkled) from the lobby, hallways, room Staff so friendly, charming and helpful. Location, location, location.. close to restaurant, coffee shop & the beautiful river. Parking was a breeze & free. It was perfect

I was there for 1 night. Everything went smooth.

Nice location within walking distance of many restaurants!

The front desk team were not the best at accommodating. We called for extra towels to be delivered to our room and were told to come downstairs to pick them up because they did not have the staff available. Considering we were paying $350/night it would have been nice to have a better experience.

Close to all the things in Bridge Park Cleaning crew was in a hurry to get us checked out. We carried our bags out early and were heading to breakfast. The cleaning lady asked what room we had left. I said I didn’t know and we were just going to breakfast. This was at 9am. Checkout is noon

Great location in Bridge Park

This overnight visit was uneventful, which is meant in a good way- everything met and exceeded our expectations- no need for any extra assistance in any way…. From the booking to the clean rooms and morning breakfast and to the checkout- everything was excellent about our stay!

Very clean. We had a noon check out tome so we could sleep after a late night. Breakfast stopped at 10, so we just missed it. Our refrigerator was not cold. Barely cool. When we were getting up and lounging when about 30 minutes later we had light knock a couple times before we got to the door. It was a lady from housekeeping. She said "Oh sorry, sorry. It's ok. It's ok" As she was backing away from our door. Then another 30 or so minutes we were all packed and just getting a plan before we get outside and the male from the first knock and entry from housskeeping just unlocked and walked in our room. I understand that not everyone "checks out" and those that have left can have the room cleaned. But if we say noon at 10am don't come back an hour later and barge in. Not the most secure feeling for 4 females staying.

Parking in a garage a block away was the issue, we didn’t like and because this is such a busy downtown area this is not for us.
-
Stay was good. No refrigerator in the room however
-
We checked in past 10pm and the front desk & security officer were very helpful and friendly.
-
The hotel and our room were in stellar condition! What I heard from my hubby was that the gym and breakfast were underwhelming. Also, I had to look for and get the attendant's attention when I went to the front desk. Maybe there should be a bell to ring?

We enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was very helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and even gave my daughter a band-aid when she needed one. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay!!
-
The location is amazing. The hotel is super quiet and very clean The lighting was really bad. You have to ask them to clean your room.
