Hotel D-Elegant Dubrovnik

Good beds and multiple bathrooms It’s not hotel d’elegant, not easy to check in late. Rooms were badly finished. Most disappointing was breakfast which was barely edible.

Everything, location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff… Nothing

I don’t like anything about this place. The fact is bathroom door is broken towel are like sand paper. The front desk are useless can’t help us in anything. Doesn’t want to do anything Other than expensive and horrible people and to guess. Breakfast is horrible same thing every day.

The towels are very used. The yogurt was not fresh on the 1st day. Definitely not a 4 star, more like a 2 star hotel.

Water spills out from shower area. This can be solved.

AC cannot be controlled from the room. You need to call the reception every-time you need to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was ok

It’s very clean… kudos to the housekeeping team. They are all very diligent and friendly, deserving to be properly valued and compensated for their efforts.” Breakfast could be improved with more variety and fresher options; adding more local or fresh items would be a nice improvement. A better breakfast experience would really elevate this place.

Friendly supportive staff, great location, nice breakfast, swimming pool accessibility Would have liked a coffee/tea machine and some light snack options to make short evening get-togethers more comfortable.

Room was spacious, shower room too, breakfast had good variety, staff was supportive, overall, a wonderful stay

The location is very good, A little far from old town, but you can get the bus to the old town just across the street from the hotel. Location wise, I would say, it was amazing. Just a walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was also really good. Being a vegetarian too, I had decent options to choose from. Can't complain :) The room was missing coffee. The only thing available in the room was tea packs. Having some coffee packets would have been nice. Also the air conditioning is centrally controlled, so we were not able to lower the temperature and had to contact the hotel staff multiple times. Sometimes in the night, the room became quite warm and there was nothing, which we can control. Also, the shampoo and other things in bathroom were not sufficient, so better to carry your own.

The WiFi didn't reach our bedroom on the third floor, which isn't quite professional for a hotel of 4 stars.

Very clean hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the parking and breakfast were excellent. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.
