Pricey but Dubrovnik is pricey
-
Hotel is small, clean and has a great management. One issue we had was the leak from bathroom, shower glass door not working, water leaked all the way to hallway. Overall, it was good but can be cheaper given the breakfast has nothing special and few issues on the room.

Very nice personal Overall perfect venue It’s a bit far from the old city (like 15-20 min walk) BUT very close to 2 beautiful beaches
-
Breakfast buffet was very good. Pool was very nice. Hotel bar was lovely. The uphill walk from the old town!

Nothing
-
We were checking out before breakfast and they packed us a breakfast bag The AC was turning off by itself and not turning back on. Same was happening with lights. We called at 10 pm and were told that someone will come immediately. We went to sleep and no one came. In the morning, we reported the issue twice and were told someone will fix it. Nothing was fixed for the second night either. There is a “big” selection for breakfast buffet, but everything is tasteless and low quality.

The room was big and clean. Staff was very helpful. Location was good, very close to old town but also away from the crowded area.

Traveling with my kids, 13 and 15, and finding a proper hotel room to host all 4 of us confortably is always a challenge. The family room here was very spacious with 2 different bedrooms. 2 shower rooms. But a very small toilet room. The location of the hotel is ok, but there is a 20 min walk to old city. Or the bus is just outside the hotel. The breakfast was good, good variety of products and good service. The restaurant that serves lunch is also good. The toilet room was very small and windowless.

Convenient location and clean with good breakfast None

Comfort, nice room, good breakfast, near old city by bus
-
Wonderful staff (especially Julia), excellent breakfasts, very helpful and accommodating. They upgraded us to the Presidential Suite with a beautiful deck and a great view of the Adriatic Sea. Our stay was amazing. It’s just a little too far from the old city to walk, but buses were easy to use.

Location Not much
-
This was our third stay at this hotel. The location, within walking distance of the Old Town, and the availability of parking are great advantages. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful We stayed in the renovated section of the hotel, but the room furniture had an unpleasant odor typical of cheap plastic. In addition, only one type of liquid soap was provided in the bathroom for all purposes. Overall, this was disappointing and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
-
Excellent hotel. The location is not close to town. Had to ride a bus.
-
Big and clean room. Good breakfast. Balcony and view could be better. A bit far away for old town.
-
Pool Hotel staff Breakfast Location Gym No body lotion at the room Pool could close later

Great location to visit Old Town / City Wall. Bus #4 took you right to Old Town. Buy the Dubrovnik City Pass for 40 Euro which includes the Bus as well as admission to the City Wall and many worthwhile museums (Rector's Palace and others). Dubrovnik was the highlight of our 14 day trip. Very walkable. Hotel Lero is also convenient to swim in the Adriatic Sea. It is worth the walk to take a 3 to 4 meter jump into the Adriatic. Good breakfast. The AC was hard to regulate - either too cold or too hot.

Great staff!

The hotel was conveniently located to Old City and the views from our balcony were spectacular. Breakfast buffet was plentiful!
